All tiers include professional coaching at public baseball fields or parks.
Month-to-Month (use-it-or-lose-it):
Auto-Bill (discounted; 1-session rollover allowed):
Auto-Bill plans renew automatically until you cancel. When you enroll in an Auto-Bill tier, the card you provide at checkout is charged the amount for that tier — $240 (Tier 1), $325 (Tier 2), $425 (Tier 3), or $795 (Tier 4) — and then charged that same amount again every 30 days on a recurring basis, with no end date and no minimum term, until you cancel. Month-to-Month purchases are one-time charges and do not renew automatically.
How to cancel. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation is always available before your next renewal date. Either method works:
Cancellation stops all future charges. It takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for, and any sessions remaining in that period are still yours to use.
Billing details: All payments are billed monthly via autopay. No registration fee. Auto-bill members may pause once per year (max 30 days) with at least 7 days' notice; during a pause, billing stops and resumes at the same rate. If auto-bill is canceled, pricing reverts to month-to-month rates.
We recognize that participation in athletic activities carries an inherent risk of injury. While Bat & Root is not liable for injuries sustained during training or related activities, we are committed to supporting our athletes through their recovery. In the event of an injury, we will work with the athlete and/or their family to provide reasonable flexibility in billing, scheduling, and program participation to allow for rehabilitation. This may include pausing, crediting, or adjusting sessions as appropriate, at the sole discretion of Bat & Root, with the shared goal of ensuring a safe and sustainable return to play.
Travel fees are determined case-by-case and agreed upon before scheduling.
Services will be suspended until payment is current. There are no late fees; the account must be current before scheduling resumes.
